The aim is to get broader information on current practice patterns internationally. We are particularly interested in practices and opinions from a wide range of centers; from small local centers to academic centers and reference laboratories. The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. Your participation is voluntary and all responses will be confidential. No identifying patient information is requested, but information about your Institution and Country/Region requested to ensure that each institution is included only once for some analyses on regional levels. Data will be confidential, and no information about practices of single institutions will be published. All data will be stored within a secure REDCap database.
